What “AI-built” means here
AI tools let me build a site much faster than a traditional agency process. That is where the AI stops. The structure, the copy, the setup that helps you get found, and the checking before anything goes live are done by me.

How much does a website cost?

How long does a website take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back. I will give you a timescale once I have seen the brief.
Who hosts the website?
I host it and look after it for £20 a month, so you do not have to deal with a hosting company yourself. Changes after launch are charged at £50 an hour.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and your site's code is kept in its own repository. If you ever stop hosting with me, you keep your domain and get the site files.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site I build goes live with Search Console set up and copy written around what your customers search for. Rankings also depend on your competition and on links from other sites, so I will not promise page one. The foundations will be right from the start.
