Privacy policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

L9 Digital is run by Jack Watson, based in Walton, Liverpool. This page explains what personal data is collected through this website, why, and what your rights are.

What I collect

When you use the "Free mini-audit" form, I collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your website URL.

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and the message you send.

This website also uses Google Analytics (GA4), which collects pseudonymised, aggregated usage data such as pages visited, general location (country/city level), and device type, using cookies.

How I use it

Mini-audit and contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry: to review your site and get back to you, or to answer your message. I don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else without asking first.

Form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which forwards them to my email inbox.

Analytics data is used to understand how people find and use this website, so I can improve it. It isn't linked back to your name or email.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. To do any of this, email jack@l9digital.co.uk.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to track site usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Changes to this policy

If what I collect or how I use it changes, I'll update this page.
